Surgery - General Physician

Job Summary The Geisinger Orthopaedic Team is in need of a BE / BC General Orthopaedic Surgeon at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, Lewistown, Pennsylvania.

Job Duties

As an orthopaedic surgeon in our program, you will join 85 physicians, 90 advanced practitioners and 575 employees, providing comprehensive care for patients with orthopedic foot and ankle, hand and wrist, elbow and shoulder, hip and knee, sports medicine, trauma and cancer conditions. Through our affiliations, you will not only treat members of our communities but athletes from local high schools and clubs. Position Details

Candidates with a preference in Orthopaedic Hand and Trauma preferred. This position will have the ability to work at a Level 4 Trauma Center.

Education Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)

Experience

Certification(s) and License(s) Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
