We are inviting you to apply for our HVAC Technician position. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the HAVA (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system is required).

We do require that you have a background, consisting of 3+ years of experience performing work in this specific trade.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure guest comfort by maintaining proper indoor air quality and temperature levels.
• Optimize system operations for energy efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related emergencies and guest complaints.
• Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and components if applicable.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks with minimal disruption.
• Safely handle refrigerants and chemicals according to industry and environmental guidelines.
