Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist experienced in PET scan procedures and Epic EMR, with BLS and CNMT certifications required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital-based nuclear medicine unit specializing in PET imaging
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
  • No call or weekend shifts required
  • Equipment includes GE and Phillips PET scan systems
  • Epic charting experience required
  • Black or ceil blue scrubs are required
  • Travelers must complete OSHA Respirator Clearance prior to start
  • All candidates must be clean shaven for FIT testing
  • Candidates who live within 70 miles are not eligible for this travel position
  • Allied modules must be completed pre-start and are recorded on transcripts
  • Travelers cannot work longer than 1 year consecutively and must take a 6-month break before returning

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Current BLS and CNMT certification required
  • PET, ARRT N, and NMTCB certifications preferred
  • Proficiency with hospital-based PET imaging and related equipment
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Must provide two professional references from a supervisor within the past two years
  • License required if applicable
