Position Description

Location : Seattle

Position : Full Time

Compensation : $22.00 an hour

The Retail Sales Associate (Keyholder) assists in the daily operations of the Outdoor Research Seattle Store and upholds the Outdoor Research brand identity and culture. What you will do :

• A commitment to provide Outdoor Research Legendary customer service.
• Greeting and thanking customers in a helpful, positive, non-intrusive manner throughout the purchasing / decision process.
• Partner with the store management team on any new hire training.
• Keep the team on task throughout the day with customers and / or with maintaining any projects (ie, sales prep, inventory replenishment, etc) as delegated by the management team.
• Loss prevention
• Ensure that the front-facing store appearance is up to OR standards.
• Weekly inventory counts in partnership with Store Manager or Inventory Specialist.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and / or Assistant Manager.
