Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (Junior / Mid-Level)

Join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice handling high-impact employment matters. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level attorneys with 2–5 years of experience in employment law or complex litigation.

What You’ll Do :

Handle employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class / collective actions, and workplace investigations.

Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Collaborate with a team on sophisticated labor and employment matters.

What You’ll Bring :

2–5 years of experience in labor & employment or complex litigation.

Exposure to employment counseling and litigation at state and federal levels.

Outstanding academic record and superior legal writing skills.

Active California Bar membership.
