We are seeking an Inside Building Material Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities include assisting outside sales team with special orders and sales quotes, presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting and contacting potential customers, reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments, and creating sales material to present to customers. Qualifications include knowledge in building materials and lumber products including windows, doors, siding, etc., previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, familiarity with CRM platforms, ability to build rapport with clients, strong negotiation skills, and being deadline and detail-oriented.
