INVESTIGATIONS ANALYST

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting Finance management with data analysis and technical query building.
- Responsible for Non-Casino related loss prevention examinations to include: Food & Beverage, Hotel, Valet, and Promotions with a focus on Point of Sales (POS) systems and applications such as: InfoGenesis, LMS, ACSC, EConnect, etc.
- Investigate and resolve cashier overages and shortages.
- Identify and resolve patterns of internal or external theft at the POS.
- Works with the management team to understand business and operational needs.
- Identifies and troubleshoots technical issues and works with the IT team, vendors and/or third-party technicians to resolve such issues.
- Develops, maintains, and regularly reviews and revises training materials and Standard Operating Procedures for operating systems.
- Runs system reporting and reviews it for unusual and fraudulent activity.
- Works with various departments on a daily basis to ensure POS system is functioning properly, to include Food & Beverage, Finance, and IT.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL-based reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Prior experience with Point of Sales systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Wicklander-Zulawski Interview and Interrogation preferred.
