Maintenance Supervisor

The City of Shoreview is accepting applications for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Street Division of the Public Works Department. Duties include :

• Plan, schedule, implement street operations work program including maintenance / repair of city streets and right of way, snow plowing, fleet maintenance, signage, surface water
• Supervise, provide work direction to a crew including training, delegating, scheduling, evaluating job performance, and discipline
• Inspect / assess street conditions during and after storm / snowfall / weather and other events

Hours : Monday - Friday : 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m. Subject to call back, unscheduled hours and weekend duty.

2025 Hiring Salary Range : $84,843 - $93,538 annually, plus excellent benefits. This position is exempt from overtime pay.
