Remote with preference of NYS or Northeast Region
Travel requirement : 5% - occasional team meeting if desired

Contractor must have own computer cell phone and access to reliable high-speed internet

Project : The Business Analyst will engage with and support Participating Contractors and Participating Retailers especially related to the MyEnergy Salesforce system that is utilized by these participants.
Tasks
- Manage pools of existing Participating Contractors (PC) and Retailers (PR) :
- Maintain regular communications with PCs and PRs
- Support PCs and PRs in using the MyEnergy Salesforce system including uploading and managing coupons submitting resident applications and supporting documents
- Be responsible for responding to inquiries and questions from PRs and PCs including the troubleshooting of issues experienced by PCs and PRs in MyEnergy
- Regularly evaluate the performance of all PRs and PCs and provide recommendation plan for any corrective action
- Manage virtual coupons including those for appliances electrical and installation rebates
- Maintain list of Participating Contractors and Participating Retailers for public reference
- Manage list of qualified products for the program using ENERGY STAR and other resources as a basis and reference available to program participants
- Manage Program data :
- Regularly maintain and update dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Perform routine and ad-hoc data quality assurance reviews and data cleanup
- Record and monitor Program budgets and participation metrics and milestones
- Maintain all relevant process documentation and update them when data quality issues are identified and solutions implemented
- In addition this person will need to do the following :
- Become an expert resource on the Program Manual and other Program documentation
- Coordinate with the Shared Services team on compliance with Participation Agreements
- Coordinate with the Quality & Market Standards (QMS) team and PCs on inspections recommending and implementing any required corrective actions
- Perform other responsibilities that contribute to the key outcomes of the Codes & Standards team
