Electric Boat is experiencing a period of growth with facility renovations and new construction. This position is part of the Quonset Point Facilities Engineering department and involves providing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the Quonset Point facility and local sites, as well as designing and executing infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and development of the scope of work for projects
• Prepare bid documents and assist in vendor selection
• Secure funding and prepare purchase requisitions
• In-field project management of vendors and EB personnel
• Perform electrical assessments
• Coordinate with the EB Critical Facilities Oversight group and provide reporting and governance for the Quonset Point facility
