Work days / Shift Hours : Friday - Tuesday (Days off Wednesday / Thursday) Start time 5 : 00 AM or 6 : 00 AM

Additional Relevant Information : Previous grocery stocking, retail or merchandising experienced preferred. Must have valid Driver's License.

Compensation : Starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
