About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You’ll play a key role in managing invoice processing, payments, and cash flow across both our fund entities and management company.
This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and eager to learn — someone who enjoys building efficient processes and keeping the financial engine running smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and senior leadership while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced investment platform.
What You’ll Do
Invoice & Expense Management
- Review, code, and process invoices for fund and management company expenses
- Ensure all invoices are properly documented, coded, and approved
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations
Payroll & Accounting Support
Assist with payroll processing and reconciliationsPrepare journal entries and help with payroll auditsRespond to employee questions related to compensation and benefitsWires & Cash Management
Prepare and initiate vendor payments and intercompany transfersMonitor daily cash balances and support bank reconciliationsPartner with the team to optimize cash flow and payment timingControls, Compliance & Audit
Maintain proper segregation of duties for approvals and wire releasesSupport internal / external audit requests and GAAP compliancePrepare and organize documentation for fund audits and tax filingsVendor & Systems Management
Oversee vendor onboarding (banking info, W-9s, AML / KYC, etc.)Manage AP systems like Bill.com and QuickBooks OnlineIdentify ways to automate and improve AP workflowsReporting & Analysis
Prepare reports on accounts payable and cash flow trendsAnalyze vendor and expense data to spot efficienciesSupport ad-hoc financial analysis for managementWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance operationsExperience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com (must-have)Familiarity with audit processes, internal controls, and complianceStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, deal-driven environmentWhat You’ll Get
