New Opportunity : Private Hospital Veterinarian – Bentonville, AR

Are you a confident, motivated DVM seeking professional freedom in a fully private, state-of-the-art practice? Our exclusive client's thriving two-doctor small animal hospital in Bentonville, AR is expanding and now recruiting a new Veterinarian to join their dedicated team!

This is your chance to step into a beautifully equipped facility , work with an established patient base, and collaborate closely with highly skilled colleagues while putting your own stamp on patient care and service delivery.

What's on Offer :

  • Modern facility with digital X-ray, ultrasound, surgical suite, laser therapy, and in-house lab
  • Work alongside a 20+ year experienced DVM and a strong, supportive team
  • Flexible schedule

4 weekdays + alternating Saturdays (half day)

  • 30-minute appointments for quality patient care
  • Weekly surgical opportunities with room to expand services

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary : $90,000 – $110,000 (negotiable)
  • 21% production bonus (no negative accrual — you'll never owe back)
  • Fully covered professional licenses & liability insurance
  • $1500 CE allowance + PTO for CE
