Project Scheduler

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up production schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

• Development of schedule and controls reports to produce weekly / monthly reports for client and internal management review (i.e. Resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items, etc.)
• Perform general task and related works as required by the project / customer.
• Provide reports on various project related topics to supervisors and Project Managers.
• Coordinate to ensure accuracy of data and assist with tracking the completion of contractual obligations.
• Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with equipment delivers, engineering, materials, interferences, manpower or any other project related information.
• Monthly / Weekly presentation for Executive meeting showing current overall progress of the Project.
• Maintain accurate records in various project databases and assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools.

Must be able to operate motor vehicles with current valid driver's license

Must possess a high degree of initiative, with the ability to be promptly and regularly at work

Ability to work fluctuating work schedules and extensive work hours required by workloads

Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments / tasks as defined by the critical demands of the job
