Starting Rate : $15.00 / hour

FT or PT - Hours : 10am - 6pm, Mon - Fri

Direct Support Professionals in this role serve individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities in the community .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Provide services that are essential to reducing the effects of a disability experienced by the client
• Assure Client dignity, confidentiality and safety within the program at all times
• Be accessible, flexible and cooperative to work in multiple direct care programs, as deemed necessary by your Supervisor
• Provide accurate and daily written documentation in a timely manner that addresses all program requirements
• Ensure that all individual billing and related documentation is submitted to management per program expectations. End of business day for on-site services, 36 hours from shift completion for off-site services.
• Follow Transportation Policy when transporting clients using either personal or company vehicles
• Must have access to the internet to maintain communication and submit needed documentation electronically
