CVICU Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 (Arizona nursing jobs) Facility : Community hospital, Joint Commission Accredited, Level III Trauma Center Unit : Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) - 16 beds, 1 : 2 nurse-to-patient ratio Assignment Length : 13-week travel contract (Start : 10 / 27 / 2025 - End : 1 / 26 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary : $2250 - $2310 per week Call Requirements : Yes Electronic Health Record : Medhost Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU or blended ICU nursing experience Travel nursing experience preferred Ability to float to Intermediate Care Unit and Emergency Department (ED) holding as needed Experience providing clinical support to adult and geriatric patient populations CVICU Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in the CVICU Manage patients with complex diagnoses : STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair / replacement, acute respiratory failure, A.
