Key Responsibilities
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures
Analyze job descriptions and evaluate roles to assign appropriate job levels and salary ranges
Prepare analytical reports and collaborate with stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in compensation analysis
Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and salary structure design
Proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation tools and HR systems
Experience with global organizations and international pay markets is preferred
