Pittsboro, IN Assembly Team Member – Terra Equipment

Terra Equipment is looking for a motivated and dependable Assembly Team Member to join our production team. In this role, you’ll support our manufacturing operations by assembling products and components, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and helping ensure quality and efficiency across the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to assemble complete products and individual components
• Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow and cross-training
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products and parts meet company standards
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields preferred
• Comfortable using common assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift components as needed
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
