Accountabilities :
Answer inbound member calls to assess their unique roadside assistance needs.
Collect and input accurate member and service provider information into computer systems.
Coordinate the dispatch of appropriate service providers for tasks such as tire changes, jump starts, and towing.
Use active listening and professional communication skills to provide exceptional member support.
Follow scripts and procedures to manage calls efficiently, including de-escalating challenging situations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and standards.
Escalate issues to management when necessary and meet regular performance goals.
