Batture Bistro & Bar in New Orleans, LA is looking for a bartender and manager to join our team. We are located on 111 Iberville St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
