Position Summary

As a Homemaker, you'll bring comfort, organization, and a friendly presence into clients' lives. You'll help maintain a safe, clean, and uplifting home environment so they can remain independent and enjoy each day with peace of mind. If you take pride in your work, value relationships, and believe every person deserves respect and kindness, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping : sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, dishwashing, trash removal
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping or meal planning
• Run errands or accompany clients for appointments or shopping
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, or shared activities
• Monitor home safety and report concerns to agency leadership
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality (including HIPAA compliance)
• Accurately record services provided using our agency system (AxisCare)
