Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of construction defect litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside experts to build strong cases
• Meet a minimum annual billing requirement of 1,800 hours
