Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! Position Type : Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Shifts Available : Days 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM Evenings 2 : 15 PM - 10 : 45 PM

Wage Range : $36 - $44 / hour depending on experience

Location : 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Nurse Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents.
• Recognize and manage common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults : cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory, and pain problems.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness / response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required.
