Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Royal Center, IN, serving a diverse school district population from PreK through 12th grade. This in-person position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students communication and language development.
Responsibilities :
Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students across multiple grade levels.
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students needs are met.
Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Indiana SLP license.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with PreK12th grade students is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
