Salary Information : $62,920.00 - $73,403.00 Annually
Starting Salary : $62,920.00
After Six Months of Successful Employment : $64,188.80
After One Year of Successful Employment : $65,374.40
Maximum salary is achieved after four successful years of employment.
Annual salary adjustments may also occur, based on collective bargaining agreements.
Job Responsibilities
The Personnel Analyst I is responsible for performing HR and Civil Service-related duties and works closely with senior HR management. An employee in this classification prepares and conducts open-competitive and promotional examinations for non-public safety positions. This includes creating and modifying job postings, screening and selecting applicants, reviewing and recommending appropriate validated test instruments for selection procedures; and ensuring all steps of the examination process are conducted in accordance with the Civil Service Rules & Regulations and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
