Position Title : Coaching Coordinator
Location : Kansas City, MO (in-field / mobile, future office-based)
Salary Range : $30,000$40,000
Employment Type : Full-time (40hrs / week, includes evenings / weekends)
Position Objective :
The Coaching Coordinator supports the Director of Coaching and Leadership Team to effectively manage, develop, and grow the coaching staff at Soccer Shots KCMO. This position plays a critical role in training, scheduling, supporting coaches, and maintaining the quality of the Soccer Shots program.

Support the DOC in training and onboarding all new coachesConduct seasonal coach evaluations and assist with performance feedbackProvide ongoing support and accountability for coaching staffMaintain consistent weekly communication with all coaches (via Band, text, etc.)Recruitment & Scheduling
Plan and coordinate recruiting events based on staffing needsManage the master coaching schedule in collaboration with DOC and DOPHandle scheduling logistics for cancellations, reschedules, and coverageMaintain calendar with all interviews, training, and coach observationsProgram Support
Coach Soccer Shots sessions as needed based on business demandPrepare and lead seasonal coaches meetingsEnsure weekly attendance tracking by coachesManage coaching equipment, prize, and certificate inventory / distributionShare and utilize Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to improve coach performanceWork Schedule :
Minimum 40 hours per week with availability required on weeknights and weekends due to programming hours. The role is mobile, have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to school and public park programs.
