About The Opportunity

TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking a certified Sterile Processing Technician (Coordinator) for a travel contract in Modesto, CA. This night-shift leadership role is ideal for technicians with at least 2 years of experience who are ready to coordinate sterile processing operations in a high-demand hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production and workflow in the central sterile processing department
• Decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and trays
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and compliance standards
• Perform quality checks and meticulous record-keeping of sterilization procedures
• Train and mentor team members while maintaining high operational standards
• Communicate effectively with surgical, nursing, and support teams to meet all instrument and supply needs
