Overview

We’re working with a high-growth biotech on the search for a CFO who can lead the company through its next phase of fundraising and financial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage investor relationships with both existing and new backers
  • Partner with the CEO and Board on capital allocation and growth strategy
  • Lead long-range financial planning and forecasting
  • Establish scalable systems and processes to support company expansion

Ideal Profile

  • Proven fundraising track record in biotech / life sciences
  • Experience navigating VC, crossover investors, or public markets
  • Strong investor relations and storytelling capability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution
