Fabrication Support Specialist

We're seeking a hard-working and reliable Fabrication Support Specialist to join our growing client's diverse team in Alexandria, MN. Schedule : 6 : 30am - 4 : 30pm - Monday - Thursday | Pay Rate : $18 - $20 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead by example to promote company vision, culture, and safety standards across the facility.
• Safely set up, operate, and maintain equipment to produce quality aluminum parts that meet customer specifications.
• Inspect, deburr, and package products accurately while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and delivery schedules.
• Rotate strenuous or repetitive tasks regularly to prevent fatigue and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, complete required documentation, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications : Entry level, one year of manufacturing experience preferred. Must be reliable and willing to cross train on fabrication equipment.
