RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
The IT Support Technician will set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devicesThe IT Support Technician will install and update software, manage peripheral connections, and maintain system functionalityPerform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesCoordinate with third-party vendors to support networking and system upgradesMaintain accurate logs of system configurations, issues, and resolutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT troubleshootingMust have excellent customer service and communication skillsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field is a plusExperience with network setup, routers, or hardware configuration is a plusSalary is $55-$65k, DOE
