My client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm , is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Healthcare Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team of legal professionals advising some of the most prominent healthcare providers, systems, and organizations in the country.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing law, with a strong interest or background in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactional matters . This role offers flexibility in location, with the option to sit in one of several major U.S. offices and a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare clients on operational and regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and state-specific healthcare regulations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions involving healthcare entities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including provider agreements, management services agreements, and business associate agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex healthcare regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys across practice groups to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
