We are seeking experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in the Chesapeake Region. This position works with our team hauling and launching boats in addition to other marine boat yard work. This position requires experience with Travelift operation, crane, forklift, hydraulics and other boat moving systems, blocking procedures, waterfront operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate marina equipment including but not limited to marine forklifts and travel lifts.
• Use equipment to move vessels in and out of water and to designated workspace / storage.
• Ensure performance is within company standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure operation.
• Aware and capable of preventing hazardous situations before they become critical
