• The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated litigator to join our team as a Senior Associate or Counsel, with a clear path to partnership. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on significant responsibility in complex legal matters and contribute to the firm’s growth and success.

• Candidate Profile

We are looking for an attorney with :

• 5+ years of experience
• in civil litigation, particularly in commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
• Exposure to IP litigation
• (e.g., patent, trademark, or trade secret disputes) is a strong plus.
• Interest in cross-border litigation
• , including familiarity with international discovery, service of process under the Hague Convention, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage case files, discovery, and motion practice from inception to resolution.
• Core Requirements
• Active membership in good standing of the
• California Bar
• Admission to another state bar (e.g., NY, TX, DC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with
