Senior Claim Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist to analyze and process claims while providing leadership within the claims department.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a multi-person team and ensure effective communication of pertinent information

Evaluate claims and initiate necessary corrections for accuracy

Analyze claim coverage and manage all claim documentation to ensure timely processing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience

Three years of claims handling experience with commercial and multi-line knowledge

Ability to critically review claim files and make independent decisions

Extensive knowledge of insurance and CRC processes

Good leadership skills to positively influence departmental employees
