Vice Chancellor Of Business Affairs
The Vice-Chancellor of Business Affairs (VCBA) serves as the University's Chief Financial Officer. The VCBA has responsibility for the leadership and management of the university's administrative and finance operations, is a member of the executive management team and reports directly to the Chancellor. The VCBA provides oversight and leadership of Business Affairs, Human Resources, LSUE Auxiliaries, and Physical Plant / Facilities Services. The VCBA is an executive representative of the university campus with internal and external constituents. Louisiana State University Eunice is the two year university campus of the Louisiana State University system.
Primary Responsibilities
Position Information
Position is subject to an office environment therefore must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and other office machinery, remain seated for extended periods of time, bend, squat, twist, move about to accomplish tasks, ability to receive and exchange detailed information through oral and written communication, make substantial movements of the wrists, hands, or fingers, and ability to take frequent and long walks through a large, multilevel facility.

Additional Job Description
The responsibilities of the VCBA require availability during irregular work hours and to perform extended workdays to maintain a leadership / managerial presence on campus or as designated by the Chancellor. This position is responsible for overseeing university campus events, operations and employees during weekends and evenings and for being immediately available when emergency situations occur.
