Taylor Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer Operator for a machine shop in Shawnee, OK.

Programmer / Operator will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC mills, setting up and operating CNC milling machines, and ensuring the quality of machined parts. Day-to-day tasks also include performing routine maintenance on machines, troubleshooting issues that arise during the machining process, and collaborating with team members to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation
• Strong skills in CNC Programming and Machining
• Experience with Milling operations
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
