- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including front office and clinical coordination
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the dental providers to maintain high-quality patient experiences
- Monitor practice metrics and implement strategies to meet performance goals

Requirements
What You'll Do : Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including front office and clinical coordination Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards Collaborate with the dental providers to maintain high-quality patient experiences Monitor practice metrics and implement strategies to meet performance goals What We’re Looking For : Proven experience in dental office management (minimum 3 years preferred) Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Invested in company values and motivated to provide a stellar patient experience Proficiency with dental practice management software - Open Dental Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of dental insurance, AR, treatment planning, billing procedures, and clinical workflows What We Offer : M - Th in clinic with Friday being an admin day for practice manager Competitive salary based on experience with annual bonus structure Health and dental benefits Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth
