Warehouse And Distribution Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Distribution Warehouse Manager to join their team. You will lead three supervisors and a team of approximately 25 staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, and maintenance. Your focus will be on optimizing workflows, fostering a culture of safety and accountability, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of department operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Challenge the status quo by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized facility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and IT teams to streamline logistics and support business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, on-time shipping, and labor efficiency.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills :

Compensation Range : $100,000 - $110,000 + 20% Bonus
