Location : Montgomery, Alabama

Rate : $30-39 / hr

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee and coordinate on-site crews for voice and data installation projects. This role ensures each project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll supervise daily work, train team members, and serve as the main point of contact for both the project manager and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site project crews to ensure efficient performance and safety.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to meet productivity, quality, and budget goals.
• Complete project documentation such as timesheets, material transfers, work orders, and change orders.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate as-built drawings.
• Serve as the on-site customer contact for questions, updates, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication.
• Perform additional duties as required.
