As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a residential community. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will patrol the area using a company or client vehicle, adhering to all driving policies and procedures. You will be the first point of contact for security-related concerns, responding promptly and professionally to situations as they arise.

What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriateRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behaviorObserve and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrolsCommunicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as neededFollow all Allied Universal protocols and client-specific instructions while performing assigned dutiesWhat We're Looking For
