LUXE Precision Aesthetics is a premier beauty aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced treatments like Botox, fillers, laser therapies, and more. Based in Beaumont, TX, we're on an exciting path to expand into Houston, TX, bringing luxury and precision to even more clients. We're seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and build our team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, compliance, and financial management.

Lead and develop a team : hire, train, evaluate performance, and create a positive workplace culture.

Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and attract patients.

Recruit top talent and new patients through in-person networking, events, and community outreach in Beaumont and Houston.

Support strategic expansion to Houston, including market analysis, site setup, and regulatory compliance.

Track performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, patient retention) and report on progress to drive business success.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years in management, preferably in aesthetics, med spa, or healthcare settings.

Strong leadership and people management skills; experience with HR functions like recruitment and training.

Proven marketing expertise, especially social media advertising and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and networking abilities for in-person recruitment and partnerships.

Familiarity with clinic software (e.g., Mindbody), financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks), and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA).

Passion for the beauty industry and adaptability in a growing business.

Valid driver's license for travel between locations; must pass background check.

Competitive Salary : base salary with annual reviews.

Bonus : Up to 15% of base salary based on performance metrics.
