Major Responsibilities :
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment to provide optimal patient care.Utilize aseptic surgical techniques in preparation and support during surgical procedures.Set up and maintain the operating room by arranging equipment and supplies effectively.Assist the surgical team as necessary, including functioning as a Second Assistant.Manage and maintain specialty carts and ensure the availability of necessary equipment.Transport patients and assist with patient positioning, ensuring safety and comfort.Required Qualifications :
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.Completion of a recognized program in Surgical Technology.No prior experience required.Physical Requirements :
Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.Must lift up to 50 lbs., carry up to 40 lbs., and perform other physical tasks as needed.Required to follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment during all procedures.If you’re ready to make an impact in the operating room and contribute to the health of our community, we invite you to apply today!
