Position Summary:

The LPN performs direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.The incumbent performs nursing assessments, follows the plan of care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment, provides nursing services in accordance with the current nursing practice, and evaluates the resident’s/patient's response to treatment.Supportive of the Friendship Village’s mission, vision, and values.
