We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and motivated Junior Email Developer to join our team and help bring digital campaigns to life for a variety of clients and industries.

As a Junior Email Developer, you’ll work within our digital marketing team to code, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns . This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HTML / CSS who’s eager to grow their skills in marketing technology, data-driven campaigns, and digital communication channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to ensure every email meets creative standards, performs flawlessly across devices, and supports each client’s marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and Test Emails
• Code responsive, visually engaging, and accessible emails using HTML / CSS.
• Test and troubleshoot across email clients, browsers, and devices to ensure optimal rendering.
• Maintain and enhance reusable templates for efficiency and consistency.
• Deploy Campaigns
• Set up and schedule campaigns in Dotdigital and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor).
• Implement personalization, links, tracking codes, and basic dynamic content.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams
• Work with designers and copywriters to bring creative concepts to life.
• Partner with account managers to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital executions.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and campaign performance.
