Job descriptionVisit customers' homes to assess needs and help select floor coverings Accurately measure square footage and use estimating software to generate material, labor, and installation costs Discuss financing options with customers and close deals Collaborate with the retail team to brainstorm effective sales methods Assist with visual merchandising to support growth Customer service experience Basic math, measuring, and estimating skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Positive and professional attitude Proactive approach to problem solving Valid driver's license with reliable, personal vehicle High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn about products, adapt sales process, and attend seminars / events Ability to attend sales meetings at local customers\' homes Retail flooring sales experience Sales experience in construction or trade industries Experience using measuring and estimating software

DE Floor Coverings in Waukesha, WI is looking for an outgoing, charismatic person to secure more retail business and help customers across Southeast Wisconsin attain the floors of their dreams. Join as a full-time Residential Flooring Outside Sales Rep to support a locally owned business while advancing your career.

Your performance affects your paycheck, and you have an earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year with commission and bonuses.
Schedule
The usual schedule goes from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday . You must be available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed.
