Role at a glance
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator to support the VP and SVP of the Sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional setting, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, has a passion for beauty, wellness, and consumer brands, and is eager to learn and grow. You'll act as a strategic right hand to senior sales leadership—helping manage multiple workstreams, create polished client-facing materials, and ensure all projects are moving forward efficiently and effectively. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling.
