Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a SMILING Dental Receptionist who is a compassionate, detailed multitasking, outgoing people person, and team player with a strong work ethic. Working knowledge of a computer is required. Loving our Therapy Dogs is a must!

We are a high technology, patient first practice located in Oakbrook Terrace that is looking for a highly energetic and dedicated individual who would like to pursue a long term career in Dental Administration. We will train you for the position and we require some time commitment for this training.

Duties for the M-F, 35-40 hours / week are to include :

• Greeting patients.
• Answering phones.
• Making patient appointments.
• Scheduling overdue patients.
• Confirming patient appointments.
• Scanning documents to electronic patient files.
• Maintain general email inbox to the office.
• Contacting insurance companies for patient benefit profiles.
• Curve Practice Software knowledge a plus.
