A company is looking for an HR People Partner to provide expert direction on complex HR matters to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Advise people leaders on management practices, employee relations, and compliance to support business objectives
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects while balancing business unit and enterprise needs
Investigate and resolve team member concerns, acting as a culture champion and advisor to leaders
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in a people-facing role within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or SWP are preferred
Strong understanding of HR processes, local labor laws, and employment practices
