Key Responsibilities :

• Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving daily living goals
• Implement and follow individualized service plans (ISPs)
• Accompany individuals into the community and foster social integration
• Maintain clear, timely progress notes for all interventions
• Ensure safety and well-being in all settings
• Promote a respectful, inclusive environment
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and families to meet individuals needs
