Job descriptionThis is a stepdown unit with high patient ratios \nMinimum Experience : 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted\nPatient Population : Adolescents to Geriatrics\nCertifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIH\nGeneral Skills and Work Setting Requirements : No Block Scheduling; mixed MS / Tele and Intermediate patients, neuro (small population), respiratory, cardiac, mixed medical, titrating cardiac drips required and tele required; assignments could be all PCU, all MS / Tele, or a mix of PCU and MS / Tele depending on the acuity of the patients and staffing\nRatio / Census : Ratio : 1 : 4-5; Please note this unit has a high staffing ratio\nUnit Systems : Epic, Pyxis, SBAR\nRTO : MAX 7 days\nWeekends : Every other weekend\nFloating : Yes, within facility
